Description of problem

When restarting, the laptop displays a message about the need for diagnostics. After diagnosis, the message does not disappear.

No bootable devices
F1 to retry boot
F2 for setup utility
F5 to run onboard diagnostics

Solution

• Go to a DELL BIOS: F2 or when OS is rebooting please press F12 to select BIOS boot options
• If in the DELL BIOS you don’t see hardware bootable device, then select by default option. Reboot
• The Windows OS started, you can go to the dell.com and download BIOS driver and in the SATA category driver “TOSHIBA KSG60ZSE256/512G and KSG60ZMV256/512G”
• Install all drivers and reboot OS
• If it doesn’t help. Run CMD console as Administrator and start system scan: sfc /scannow
